Just throwing this out there for any blog visitors who liked the look of the Valentine's Day material and/or the original reading + projects example I posted earlier.
If you want to make something like this yourself, here is the template in Microsoft Word format:

Basically, all the textboxes have been set up there for you (just click on or inside them to access the text), though you can resize and move any of it around as you like. The pic slots have been set up in a way that allows you to just click on the icon, which should open up your 'My Pictures' folder from your hard-drive so you can select and insert. Of course, you can delete any of the elements you don't want to adapt or include.
To edit your header/unit information, just double click in that space to change the text or settings. To get back to your main document page, double click again in the central page space.
Note that this doesn't just cater to reading texts. You could insert dialogues or listening passages here as well, or adopt a completely different approach to the spaces allocated here for project ideas -- whatever goes!
