The author should get around to finishing it soon, and once it is ready, I think this will be a highly relevant and useful resource for English language teachers.
If they get around to actually going out and buying it.
And if they actually get around to reading it.
And if, once they get around to identifying the issues and challenges most relevant to them, they actually try to do something about them.
