I recently added a new TOEFL speaking mentor service to my online teaching site at English-iTutor.com (my own little online school for teaching over the Internet!).
This is a nifty application that gives subscribers access to a full TOEFL speaking test made to ETS standards and my special video tips and notes for the best ways to understand and approach each kind of question in the speaking section. Users also get access to a special Voxopop recording facility where they can practice recording their responses online and share/compare their speaking efforts with other people who are preparing for the test.
My tips for the TOEFL speaking section have proven to be surprisingly effective (see what users have been saying about them in relation to their score improvements here).
There are also a variety of free materials and practice tips both on my English iTutor site and in the very active forum I set up for test takers. Whether you are a student preparing for the test or a teacher responsible for helping such students, there's likely to be something there of value to you related to TOEFL iBT speaking preparation and practice.
