If you're looking for a good example of how answers to the various TOEFL speaking tasks ought to be organized and expressed, I recommend looking at Sharh's responses in my TOEFL Speaking Mentor program:

Although Sharh rehearsed her answers and did some additional preparation (hence, getting an advantage over the usual "super pressure" time limits), her tactical and organizational approaches to expressing the correct content in appropriate ways serves as an excellent model.
Technically, if someone were to answer the actual test the way Sharh has, they would be looking at a TOEFL speaking score of 28.
Well done, Sharh - an excellent model framework!
